Aerobind Product Announcement: Paper Punches

Aerobind carries new high volume electric and high volume manual punches

When we first started carrying paper punches a few years ago, we wanted to allow companies and individuals to print and bind their own checklists with parts that were compatible with Aerobind products. We discovered quickly that the punch we carried worked fine for minor revisions and small print runs, but many of you needed something that could handle more cycles.

It’s been a long time coming, but we now have new paper punch offerings that provide reliability in a high use environment. We have a new manual desktop model and an electric machine. These new punches are designed to handle more pages at once and to continue to punch paper without wearing out halfway through a large print run.

Check out the video in this email for more information, and click the links below for details on each new product.

The EPP1MU High Volume Electric Punch

Our new EPP1MU electric punch allows the user to punch up to 30 sheets of 20# paper with each cycle of the machine. The punch also allows our 7, 11, and 22-hole dies to be removed and exchanged to accommodate all compatible aircraft checklists and manuals you print. It will punch up to 28,000 sheets per hour and is available as a 110V unit for customers in the United States, and 240V for Europe.

The HDMPP Series Manual Punch

This new 22-hole desktop paper punch is a big improvement on our previous series of punches, which were really designed for lighter usage environments and for quick reprints of a few pages at a time. The HDMPP series can handle any workload you can throw at it, punching about eight sheets of paper at a time, compared to one or two on our previous model. The new desktop punch will also punch for thousands of cycles without failure.
