Terms & Conditions for International Shipments
Customers outside the USA must pay all import-related customs, duties, and taxes. If these fees are not paid, the shipment may be returned to the USA or abandoned by the carrier. Any costs associated with the return or abandonment, including the potential loss of goods, will be the customer’s full financial responsibility. Future shipments will also be withheld until all outstanding charges are reimbursed to Aerobind Inc.
Terms & Conditions for All Shipments
All order shipments resulting in a carrier’s formal proof of delivery to the address provided by the customer will be considered a carrier confirmed delivery. A carrier confirmed delivery is not eligible for refund or replacement by Aerobind Inc.
